Both of our models now have upgraded smart chip batteries and ultra efficient atomizers, and both starter kits are at the same cost initially. The difference is mainly in size, how the atomizer is used, and the cost of the cartridges.
The TRILOGY™ (our upgraded original E-Smoke Stop E-Cigarette) is the smaller of the two at less than 3 1/2 inches in length which also makes it lighter in weight and more realistic in size. The cartridges are more affordable, and the kits come with two battery units and two atomizers. The TRILOGY™ is considered to be in the "super mini" category, but it has great vapor production for its compact size.
The TANGO™ is slightly larger, at 3 11/16 inches and the cartridges are about twice the price. However, each cartridge has built-in atomizer technology and holds almost 3x's more e-liquid. The two-piece design is considered by many to be the superior electronic cigarette at this time. Modern technology in the TANGO™ makes it possible to be one of the smallest two-piece designs on the market, making it easier to handle than most other two-piece models.

TRILOGY™ - ($4.95 per 5-pack) or ($44.95 per 50-pack) Each cartridge is equivalent to about 7 cigarettes.
TANGO™ - ($11.95 per 5-pack) or ($99.95 per 50-pack) Each cartridge is equivalent to about 20 cigarettes.
"What are the cartridges and how long does each one last?"
Cartridges are the specially made disposable filters that contain the actual nicotine and flavor of your choice and are each relative to the electronic cigarette being used.
For the TRILOGY™ Electronic Cigarette, a SINGLE cartridge (which is the light orange or white tip that resembles traditional cigarette filters) —each has an equivalent of about 6-8 cigarettes. The TANGO™ Electronic Cigarette has built-in atomizer technology in every cartridge — each being equivalent to about 20 cigarettes.
"Why is there no option for 24mg nicotine level for the Tango?"
The TANGO™ Electronic Cigarette produces more vapor and a richer taste with every puff. 24mg would be too strong for most traditional full flavor cigarette smokers.
"How are the nicotine levels compared to traditional cigarettes?"
The TANGO™ Electronic Cigarette is available in 4 nicotine levels: 16mg, 11mg, 6mg, and 0mg. The 16mg cartridges are equivalent to most FULL FLAVOR cigarettes (such as Marlboro Reds, Newports, or Camel Wides, etc.). 11mg cartridges are appropriate for smokers of any LIGHT branded cigarettes. The 6mg cartridges are suitable for smokers of any ULTRA LIGHT branded cigarettes. For those who would like to avoid nicotine altogether, try our 0mg cartridges.
The TRILOGY™ Electronic Cigarette is available in 5 nicotine levels: 24mg, 16mg, 11mg, 6mg, and 0mg. The 24mg cartridges are equivalent to most FULL FLAVOR cigarettes (such as Marlboro Reds, Newports, or Camel Wides, etc.). 16mg cartridges are a good choice for those who are heavier smokers (15+ a day) of LIGHT or any amount of MEDIUM branded cigarettes. 11mg cartridges are appropriate for smokers of any LIGHT branded cigarettes (usually 10 or less per day). The 6mg cartridges are suitable for smokers of any ULTRA LIGHT branded cigarettes. For those who would like to avoid nicotine altogether, try our 0mg cartridges.
"How do I know when it is time to replace the cartridge?"
The best indication that the cartridge may need to be replaced for either of our electronic cigarette models is when an inadequate amount of vapor is being produced—when you feel that the vapor is much weaker both in flavor and in the efficiency of the nicotine’s normal effects. For the TRILOGY™ another reliable method to use is to look inside the cartridge to see if there is any leftover liquid.
Our recommendation is to change the cartridges according to how many packs of traditional cigarettes you usually smoke on a typical day. Just remember that one cartridge is equivalent to about 6-8 cigarettes for the TRILOGY™ and about 20 cigarettes for the TANGO™.
Remember that the battery may need to be charged if the vapor production seems to have run low early.
"About how many inhalations from the electronic cigarettes amount to one traditional cigarette?"
Typically 8-16 inhalations of our electronic cigarette are equivalent to one traditional cigarette, although it does differ from one user to another. We recommend that you wait about 30 minutes before using your electronic cigarette again.
"What exactly is the vapor made up of that I am inhaling?"
The liquid formula inside the cartridges is made up of propylene glycol (a common food additive/ humectant used in order to retain moisture—also currently used even in some traditional cigarettes in order to keep the tobacco from drying out and in order to retain certain flavor additives such as the mint oil extract in the popular menthol flavoring), natural and artificial food additives for flavor, 100% pure nicotine and water. PLEASE NOTE: Our products are NOT intended to be used for real tobacco or any other substance. There is no actual tobacco used in the cartridges—just the flavor which is a tobacco essence used in the liquid content of the cartridges in many of our regular & premium tobacco flavors available.
"Can I smoke these products indoors, or are there second-hand risks?"
That was our exact intention for developing such ingenious products! Finally, something you can smoke indoors that is odorless, non-offensive, healthier for you, and that is NOT associated with second hand risks to anyone around you while you’re delighting in your e-smoking experience—wherever you happen to be! Whether you’re at home, stuck at work with limited or no smoking breaks, at a restaurant, at an airport, at the movies, at a bar, or even at a bowling alley—you can use our products practically anywhere you desire! We just ask that you please be courteous and explain a little about the product if anyone at any of the above mentioned places is ever curious and asks what it is that you seem to be "smoking"- they may think it is a real cigarette since the vapor emitted looks a lot like the the more common, traditional smoke. If a person of authority demands that you do not use it in a corresponding public building, please also be sensible and put it away until you leave the location.
"How do I know when to recharge the batteries?"
All of our products include an indicative LED light that functions both as a low-battery indicator and to realistically simulate a lit tobacco-smoking device. When to expect the charge to last until depends solely on the user and is relative to how much they are currently smoking traditional tobacco products—but here are a few more specific pointers for both the TRILOGY™ & the TANGO™.
TRILOGY™- Each battery charge should last about 6 to 10 cigarettes worth if used properly (8-16 inhalations=1 cigarette). Allow the cigarette to rest for about 30 minutes in between uses. Always make sure to have your second battery charged (which is included in all of our e-cigarette kits) for emergencies or if you are heavier smoker. (Our custom e-cigarette cases are specially made to fit both batteries and both atomizers for when you’re on the go.)
TANGO™ - Each battery charge should last about 15 to 20 cigarettes worth if used properly (8-16 inhalations=1 cigarette). Allow the cigarette to rest for about 30 minutes in between uses.
"Are e-smoke products effective as a smoking cessation?"
Our e-smoking products were originally intended and developed to be used as healthier smoking alternatives. Whether or not they are effective in smoking cessation has not yet been officially tested for this reason by the FDA—however it has been confirmed by the real-life testimonials of our many satisfied customers; many of whom have not had a real cigarette since they have purchased one of our electronic cigarettes! (A large amount of customers have been smoke-free for many months and are reporting that they feel healthier and more energized than they could’ve ever imagined possible—especially after having smoked traditional tobacco cigarettes for many years!)
